Accessibility

The property was built around 1890-1910 and is a first floor flat accessed via stairs only (no lift), with a step down to the utility room and shower over bath. Please be careful on the stairs as there is a low ceiling as you enter and the stairs at the back may be slippery when wet. The property may therefore be inaccessible for people with accessibility needs.

Please get in touch if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable.

Sustainability

Please only use what you need and recycle what you can.

Switch off lights when not in use.

Consider water when showering, bathing or rinsing from the beach.

Avoid single-use: To protect our local seals, dolphins, birds and marine wildlife, we can provide reusable plates, toys and equipment for the beach.

Enjoy your stay

Relax and enjoy the space and the beautiful surroundings.

If anything is missing or you need any recommendations or assistance, please do not hesitate to let us know.
